Printing, Copying, Scanning

Self-service printing, copying, and free scanning are all available in the Learning Commons whenever the Library is open. Printing and Copying are payable by OneCard (Students, Faculty, and Staff), Department Cards, and the new Library Services Card. Poster Printing is also available at the Learning Commons Desk, and accepts Transfer Vouchers as an additional form of payment

The Library Services Card allows Library users unaffiliated with the University to use any of our public printers and copiers while paying the same price as UConn affiliates. The card costs $5.00 and comes pre-loaded with $2.00. This card is available for purchase in the Learning Commons at the 'Husky Bucks' machine and can also be refilled with additional funds in $1 increments at this location.

Brand new to the Learning Commons are two ScanPro microform scanners. These scanners allow for microfilm and microfiche to be viewed on a large 24" monitor and scanned for free into PDF's. These PDF's can then be emailed or copied to a flash drive, or printed to our network printers at a cost of $.10/page.
